Policy - 0231 Outside Activities of Staff

 The School Board directs the Superintendent to administer guidelines related to employees' personal interests, activities, and associations in order to prevent conflicts of interest within the District. If nonschool activities threaten a staff member's effectiveness within the school system, the Superintendent reserves the right to evaluate the impact of such activity upon a staff member's responsibility to the students and make a recommendation to the Board.
