Administrative Guideline - 6423 Use of Credit Cards

A.            All credit cards issued to and in the name of Carmel Clay Schools shall be supervised by the Division of Business Affairs. 
B.            Credit cards may be held by the following persons, after receiving training on proper use and handling:
·         Superintendent
·         Associate Superintendent for Business Affairs
·         Catering manager
C.            Other staff requesting use of a Corporation credit card must receive prior approval from the Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs and should return the card along with appropriate documentation (not credit card billing statement) of all charges.
D.            Credit cards are not to be used for personal expenses not related to Corporation activities.
