Administrative Guideline - 4780 Adult Student Rights

A.      A student who has reached the age of majority has the option to assume full rights of an adult and may sign his/her own report card, excuse slips, and permission slips, and have free access to his/her school records.

B.      Each student who has reached the age of majority shall assume full responsibility for his/her performance in school, attendance, and compliance with school administrative guidelines.

The administration reserves the right to advise parents of any situation regarding a student, regardless of age, which it deems worthy of parental involvement.
