Administrative Guideline - 3130 Assignment and Transfer Guidelines

The Human Resources Office shall recommend specific assignments of support personnel to the Superintendent for consideration.

Vacancies shall be filled, as far as practicable, through the services of individuals presently employed.

Any support staff member may request a change and/or transfer to a higher or lower classification. Such request must be submitted in writing, with reasons for same, to the immediate supervisor no later than March 15th of any school year. All requests shall receive careful evaluation by both the supervisor and central office administrator.
